Shipping policy

  • MRP of all products is inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are applicable as per the government laws (bound to change as per the change in government tax laws).
  • We know the importance of fast, efficient service and hence strive to deliver your orders promptly. Our network aims to provide your orders in a quick, secure way and takes about 7 working days to reach you.
  • Customers can modify the shipping address only before the product has been packed. After the packing of the product is complete, the shipping address cannot be modified.
  • All orders are fulfilled by Ship Rocket, our authorized Courier partner.
  • Our shipping partners are the leading courier partners in the industry. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available with the application of the partners. All refunds will be carried out through the same payment gateway.
    The express delivery option is also available. Charges will be applicable according to your location. The express delivery charges will be applicable before you place your order.
  • Shipping is available in all locations across India.
  • We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 499 in India. If the total order amount is under Rs. 499, additional shipping charges will be applicable.
  • You can pay for your order through Cash on Delivery (COD).
    A Cash on Delivery charge of Rs. 69 will be applicable on all orders.
  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected cities in India.
  • Cash on Delivery is not available for orders worth Rs. 5000 & above.
  • Cashback offers are only applicable on prepaid orders. They are not applicable on Cash on Delivery orders.
