Refund policy

A. Process for Return/Exchange request: 

If you would like to Return/Exchange a product, let us know by emailing us at pulsenutriscience@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving the product. Your email should contain:

  • Order ID
  • Name
  • Items you want to Return/Exchange
  • Reason for Return/Exchange
  • Please ensure to include images as proof in your email

We will review your return request and will get back to you on the eligibility of your return request for the refund/Exchange, within 2-3 working days.

B. Returns/ Exchange:

You can Return/Exchange your product within 10 days of delivery, under the following specific conditions:

  • If the product is damaged, leaking, tampered or broken.
  • In case the wrong product is received.
  • If the products received with post-expiration date.

C. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • Products are opened, used, or altered.
  • Original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.) is missing.
  • The Return/Exchange request is generated more than 10 days after the date of delivery.
  • The product is being returned for a reason other than a quality defect.

D. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The product ordered by you is out of stock with us.
  • The shipping address is not serviceable by us.
  • If you were charged twice for a single order from the same email address.

E. Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product returned is noticeably damaged or tampered with.
  • The product is delivered to an incorrect shipping address provided by you, unless we received back the product (or) undelivered.
  • You have consumed part of the product and then decided to return it.
  • If you do not comply with the conditions as stated in the above clause B.

F. Return/Exchange Pick-up:

  • Once we receive a return email request, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our service representative will visit you for the pick-up within 2 to 3 days.
  • If our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges.

G. Refund Amount Timelines:

  • If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7-14 working days of receiving the refund request from you.
  • For COD orders & Courier charges (if applicable), we will refund the amount to your bank account that has been provided to us, within 7-14 working days of receiving a refund request.

H. Cancellation:

  • Your order can only be cancelled if it has yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team at pulsenutriscience@gmail.com
  • In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the refund will be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request is accepted.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
